What is the Photo Contest About?

Discover Nepal with Trip Turbo photo contest is all about showcasing the best of Nepal, from your province, by you.

We’re inviting participants from all seven provinces to submit their best travel or location-based photos. At the end of the campaign:

  • 1 winner will be selected from each province
  • Each winner will receive Rs. 15,000
  • Total winners: 7 (one per province)

Contest Timeline

  • Submission Opens: Mar 26, 2026
  • Submission Deadline: Apr 9, 2026
  • Winner Announcement: Apr 27, 2026

Make sure to submit your entries within the deadline, late entries won’t be considered.

How to Participate

Joining is simple:

  1. Fill out the official submission form
  2. Upload your best photo
  3. Provide required details (location, description, etc.)
  4. Share your post link (if posted on social media)

Submission Requirements

To ensure fairness and quality, please follow these rules:

  • The photo must be taken within your province
  • You must be a resident of that province
  • Only original photos are allowed
  • Basic edits (brightness, contrast, color correction) are allowed
  • No heavy manipulation or AI-generated images

Verification Process

To maintain authenticity:

  • Winners will be required to verify their province
  • You must provide a valid citizenship document if selected
  • Failure to verify will result in disqualification

Winner Selection Process

The selection process will take place in two stages to ensure both quality and community engagement:

1. Shortlisting by Trip Turbo Team

  • All submitted photos will first be reviewed by the Trip Turbo team
  • Based on creativity, originality, representation of the province, and story or emotion behind the photo a set of finalists will be selected from each province
  • Only shortlisted participants will move to the final round

2. Public Voting (Final Round)

  • Finalists’ photos will be uploaded on Trip Turbo’s Instagram account
  • The winner from each province will be decided based on the highest number of likes received on their photo
  • The participant with the most likes in their province will win Rs. 15,000

Important Rules

  • Each participant can submit multiple entries, but only one can win
  • Trip Turbo reserves the right to use submitted photos for marketing purposes (with credit)
  • Incomplete or false entries will be disqualified
  • Final decision will be made by Trip Turbo team and will be non-negotiable

Terms and Conditions

  1. Participants must be residents of Nepal.
  2. Each participant must submit a photo from the province they represent.
  3. A valid government-issued ID (citizenship) will be required for verification if selected as a winner.
  4. Photos must be original and taken by the participant.
  5. The photo must be captured within the selected province.
  6. Participants can submit multiple entries, but only one can win.
  7. Basic edits (color correction, cropping) are allowed. Heavy manipulation or AI-generated images are not allowed.
  8. Entries must be submitted via the official Trip Turbo Google Form.
  9. One winner will be selected from each province (total seven winners).
  10. Each winner will receive Rs. 15,000.
  11. Applicable tax will be deducted from the prize amount before disbursement.
  12. Winners will be contacted via the details provided in the form.
  13. Winners must provide valid citizenship to verify identity and province eligibility.
  14. Failure to verify within the given time may result in disqualification.
  15. By submitting, participants grant Trip Turbo the right to use the photos for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. Credit will be given to the photographer wherever possible.
  16. Entries will be disqualified if the photo is not original or is stolen, false information is provided, the content is inappropriate, offensive, or violates any laws.
  17. All entries must be submitted before the announced deadline. Late submissions will not be considered.
  18. Trip Turbo reserves the right to modify, cancel, or update the contest at any time.
  19. The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
